Philosophy of teaching
My teaching style values and integrates life experiences with educational and intellectual pursuits. I seek to create a nurturing and open learning environment for students where they can actively participate and pose questions. I will respect students' individuality and will exhibit enthusiasm, empathy, extensive knowledge, patience, and support in an engaging and encouraging manner. I seek to create a communal and shared learning environment that maximizes students' learning abilities. I treat everyone equally and welcome and celebrate diversity. This creates a more interesting "marketplace of ideas" where students feel respected and appreciated. I seek to contribute to future generations' educational development through sound and equitable teaching doctrines.
