Overall organization strategic planning, organizational and marketing research, and development of and analysis of Medstat Market Modeling Software.
1979-2005 Saint Francis Hospital & Health Centers Managed all public relations and marketing activities, coordinated research, facilitate planning and implemented public relations and marketing programs for the hospital and health centers, its foundation and its for-profit subsidiary. Overall organization communications management, including office management and budgeting.
1976-1979 American Legion Auxiliary National Headquarters Managed all public relations and media coordination for the organization including national convention and conference communication, researching and writing of speeches for the National President and the writing, editing and design of a 48-page bi-monthly digest-size magazine with a world-wide circulation in excess of 860,000.

Philosophy of teaching

I believe in the value of the student and recognize his or her role as an adult contributing to an overall academic environment. Consequently my classes are mixed with lecture, guest speakers, self-teaching, outside projects and papers and frequent discussion and dialogue.
